Engine Guardian is a monster helm set. It consists of two armor pieces: head and shoulder, both of which are available in all three armor weights and standard traits. The set cannot be crafted.

2 items: When you use an ability, you have a 25% chance to summon a dwemer automation [sic] to restore 12-550 Stamina or Magicka or 45-1955 Health to you every 0.5 seconds for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Drop Locations

• The head is a guaranteed drop from The Engine Guardian in Veteran Darkshade Caverns II.
• The shoulders can be obtained from Maj al-Ragath's reward chest at Undaunted Enclaves.
