The Hearteaters are a force of invaders led by Nelmir the Hearteater that have recently razed and pillaged the Highlander Camp in Cyrodiil. They took some villagers captive and performed a number of sacrifices for reasons unknown.
The Hidden Armigers are the intelligence arm (spy network) of the Ebonheart Pact. It is rumored that they were once an alchemy group within House Telvanni. They defected and now answer to King Jorunn.
The Hillborne Tribe is a tribe of goblins found in Breagha-Fin. Most of them were originally from an exiled Nord clan until they were transformed and controlled by Malofar with the power of the Emerald Chalice.
The Hillhunter Clan are a clan of Reachfolk. They roam the Reach, taking what the seasons give them. They're few in number, but no one knows the land as they do. They live by their wits and their woodcraft, keeping out of the quarrels of larger clans. When the Gray Host came along, they were welcomed and later betrayed by the Thornroot Clan. They are led by Chieftain Faorin and his daughter Medone.
The Hollow are stone constructs created by the Wilderking as a form of resurrection. Their purpose is to protect Greenheart from those with malicious intent who would seek to enter the Wilderking's domain. They are unthinking in their duty, and as such they can be encountered as enemies in certain areas. They are considered undead (meaning they are affected by the Fighters Guild skill line) and drop Elemental Essence upon death.
The Hollow Moon is a charitable organization of thieves operating at the Redfur Trading Post. They steal from wealthy merchants and give what they take to those in need. Be it gold to buy food, silks to trade for other goods or gold to buy food, medicine for the sickly, etc. The Hollow Moon often clashes with Jode's Chariot, the local law enforcement group. The two organizations generally have mutual respect one another, as they both agree with the premise of giving to those in need. However, the Hollow Moon must still be light on their feet, as Jode's Chariot is contractually obligated to stop thieves by Shan-ra, the leader of the merchants running the trading coster.
Agents of the organization will often give Hollow Moon Tokens to the infirm so their need is not questioned when they petition the group for aid.
Hounds of Hircine
The Hounds of Hircine are a group of legendary hunters. They honor Hircine, the Daedric Prince of the Hunt, and take their name from the Hounds that accompany Hircine on his hunts. The Valenwood Hounds, those that hunt in Valenwood, are regarded as the most accomplished hunters. One of their number, Haras, is said to be unmatched in his skill at tracking.
House Dorell is a Breton noble family from Northpoint. They rival House Tamrith and House Montclair for prominence in Rivenspire. They were the founders of the city of Northpoint, and changed their name from Flowdys to an approximation of the nearby mountain, Dore Elard. They have a long tradition in the mercantile and maritime pursuits, and are one of the richest Houses in High Rock.
House Dres is one of the Great Houses of Morrowind. They controlled the southeast of Morrowind from Tear. This position allowed them to act as the main slavers for the rest of Morrowind. They were opposed to the Ebonheart Pact's terms, which freed all Argonian slaves. However, unlike the other three Great Houses which belong to the Pact, the Dres still keep non-Argonian slaves in the territories they control. They have strong ties to House Indoril. The House is ruled by Grandmaster Omin Dres from his palace in the Dres city of Kragenmoor.
House Hlaalu is one of the Great Houses of Morrowind. Their capital of Narsis, on the banks of Lake Hlaalu, is an important trade city. Their main priorities are business and trade, making compromise a way of life, thus they had no real objection to the Ebonheart Pact, rather they saw it as an opportunity to open more trading routes.
House Indoril is one of the Great Houses of Morrowind. Their capital is Mournhold, which is also the capital of the Ebonheart Pact. The House is ruled by Grandmaster Tanval Indoril, who resides in the Indoril city of Davon's Watch. The Vanguard are a subfaction of this Great House.
House Montclair is a Breton noble family based in Rivenspire, led by Baron Wylon Montclair. After the tragic death of his wife, Wylon sought to take over the whole region by force by getting rid of House Dorell and House Tamrith.
House of Reveries
The House of Reveries is a renowned troupe of performers and artistes that provide entertainment throughout Summerset. They are easily identified from the anonymous painted masks and stage names that they use at all times. They are headquartered in the village of Rellenthil, which is where they have an amphitheater that is used for performances and holding auditions for prospective members. A prospective member is called a Hopeful.
House Ravenwatch is a noble family of High Rock based out of Ravenwatch Castle in Rivenspire. House Ravenwatch was founded by Count Verandis Ravenwatch after he left the Gray Host. The members are mostly vampires, and are currently led by Adusa-daro with Fennorian and Gwendis as Second in Command.
They are essentially a warrior clan, who live by the ideals of duty, gravity, and piety. Their loyalty is first to the Tribunal, second to Great House Redoran, and third to Family and Clan. Redoran prize duty, honor, and piety above all else. They are deeply linked with the Tribunal Temple, helping to enforce the Tribunal's will across Morrowind. High Councilor Meriath rules as the House's Archmaster.
House Telvanni is one of the Great Houses of Morrowind. They refused to join the Ebonheart Pact, partially on the grounds of slavery, as the Argonians, which make up a large proportion of their slaves, were granted equal membership of the Pact and all Argonian slaves were to be released.
The Huntmasters are a group primarily consisting of Altmer that venerates Hircine. The order's leader, Lady Ghisiliane, hosts a hunt to amuse bored nobles. They use not only exotic animals for the hunt, but mortals as well. The Huntmasters kidnap people for this purpose.
