Dawn's Wrath is one of three class skill lines available to Templar characters. Skills in this line focus on magical attacks.

Skill Perks[edit]

The Dawn's Wrath skill line is immediately available to all Templars, and is leveled up by earning experience while Dawn's Wrath skills are slotted. Skills include: Notes

  • The numbers displayed here are the base values for the skills. Magicka/Stamina Cost is based on a character of Level 50 Champion Points160. Damage values are based on Max Magicka/Stamina 7958, Max Health 8744, and Weapon/Spell Damage 1037. The actual numbers you see in the game may depend on a variety of factors, including skill line rank, your equipped weapons and armor, other skills, enchantments, etc. As such, they should only be used as a comparative reference.

Call down a fragment of the sun, dealing [1549 / 1565 / 1583 / 1601] Magic Damage every 1 second for 8 seconds to enemies in the area and afflicting them with Major Maim, reducing their damage done by 10%. An ally near the fragment can activate the ON-icon-synergy-Supernova.png Gravity Crush synergy, dealing 6085 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area and stunning them for 5 seconds.
ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Solar Disturbance.png Solar Disturbance Maim stays on enemies after leaving the area.
Call down a fragment of the sun, dealing [1549 / 1565 / 1583 / 1601] Magic Damage every 1 second for 8 seconds to enemies in the area. Also applies Major Maim, reducing enemy damage done by 10%. Major Maim persists on enemies who leave the Nova for 4 seconds. An ally near the fragment can activate the ON-icon-synergy-Supernova.png Supernova synergy, dealing 3480 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area and stunning them for 2.5 seconds.

Blast an enemy with a charge of radiant heat, dealing 1550 Flame Damage, and an additional [4341 / 4406 / 4450 / 4496] Flame Damage over 14 seconds. Upon activation you gain Major Prophecy, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 2629.
ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Reflective Light.png Reflective Light Splits the projectile, allowing it to affect two additional nearby enemies. Briefly snares enemies hit.
Area: 5 meters.
Blast up to three enemies with a charge of radiant heat, dealing [1550 / 1565 / 1586 / 1602] Flame Damage, an additional 3101 Flame Damage over 10 seconds, and reducing their Movement Speed by 40% for 3 seconds. Upon activation you gain Major Prophecy, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 2629.

Conjure a ball of solar energy to heave at an enemy, dealing [3934 / 3979 / 4021 / 4066] Magic Damage. Also grants you Empower for 3 seconds, increasing the damage of your Light and Heavy Attacks by 40%.
Morph ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Dark Flare.png Dark Flare Applies Major Defile to the target and nearby enemies, reducing their healing received.
Conjure a ball of solar energy to heave at an enemy, dealing [4060 / 4105 / 4150 / 4195] Magic Damage. Afflicts the target and enemies within 8 meters with Major Defile, reducing their healing received and Health Recovery by 16% for 4 seconds. Also grants you Empower for 3 seconds, increasing the damage of your Light and Heavy Attacks by 40%.
ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Solar Barrage.png Solar Barrage Deals damage in multiple blasts around you instead of at a single enemy.
Casting Time: Instant, Duration: 8 seconds, Area: 8 meters, Target: Area.
Conjure solar energy to blast enemies around you, dealing [744 / 754 / 763 / 769] Magic Damage every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. While this ability is active you gain Empower, increasing the damage of your Light and Heavy Attacks by 40%.

Morph ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Purifying Light.png Purifying Light When the effect ends, a pool of sunlight remains attached to the enemy, healing nearby allies.
Summon an expanding beam of pure sunlight to doom an enemy, dealing 1550 Magic Damage to them and copying all their damage taken from you for 6 seconds and releasing 20% of it as additional Magic Damage to them. Maximum copied damage: 2. When the effect ends, a pool of sunlight remains attached to the enemy, healing you and nearby allies for [874 / 882 / 893 / 903] Health every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Power of the Light.png Power of the Light Converts into a Stamina ability and deals Physical Damage. Also applies Minor Breach to the enemy, reducing their Physical and Spell Resistance.
Cost: 1700 Stamina.
Summon an expanding beam of pure sunlight to doom an enemy, dealing 1546 Physical Damage to them and copying all their damage taken from you for 6 seconds and releasing 20% of it as additional Physical Damage to them. Maximum copied damage: -3. Targets are also afflicted with Minor Breach, reducing their Physical and Spell Resistance by 2974 for [6 / 7 / 8 / 9] seconds.

Envelop an enemy in a lightless sphere for 4 seconds, that harms them with growing intensity anytime they use a Direct Damage attack. Limited to one. Their first attack reduces their movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds, their second attack immobilizes them for 3 seconds, and their third attack stuns them for 3 seconds. The effects can activate once every 1 second.
Morph ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Living Dark.png Living Dark You now apply the ability to yourself, and heals you when you take damage. Melee attackers are snared.
Target: Self.
Envelop yourself in a lightless sphere for 4 seconds to protect yourself. Anytime an enemy uses a Direct Damage attack against you, the sphere lashes back, reducing their movement speed by 60% for 3 seconds and healing you for [927 / 937 / 950 / 956] Health. These effects can occur once every half second.
ON-icon-skill-Dawn's Wrath-Unstable Core.png Unstable Core Deals damage to the attacker and anyone near them when they trigger any of the effects.
Area: 5 meters.
Envelop an enemy in a lightless sphere for 4 seconds, that harms them with growing intensity anytime they use a Direct Damage attack. Limited to one. Their first attack reduces their movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds and deals [580 / 585 / 592 / 600] Magic Damage, their second attack immobilizes them for 3 seconds and deals [1165 / 1177 / 1191 / 1202] Magic Damage, and their third attack stuns them for 3 seconds and deals [2323 / 2350 / 2374 / 2400] Magic Damage. The effects can activate once every 1 second.

Burn an enemy with a ray of holy fire, dealing [3383 / 3409 / 3447 / 3488] Magic Damage over 1.8 seconds. Deals up to 480% more damage to enemies below 50% Health. You heal for 20% of the damage inflicted.

Burn an enemy with a ray of holy fire, dealing [3383 / 3409 / 3447 / 3488] Magic Damage over 1.8 seconds. Deals up to 480% more damage to enemies below 50% Health. Also deals up to 20% more damage in proportion to your current Magicka.
