The Blessed Inheritors are a group of isolationist Telvanni who were led to Bal Sunnar by Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in the First Era, and have remained there into the Fourth Era. They were initially composed of Chimer cursed into Dunmer who did not approve of the Tribunal being self-appointed as god-rulers of Resdayn, and travelled to a sheltered valley in the Stonefalls for safety and seclusion. It was here that the Matriarch commanded them to dig for their blessed "inheritance" found deep underground, which was in truth a glyphic. They performed many experiments and other cruelties on their Argonian slaves who built their homes, and keep them in cages. Should you free the slaves, they will build you a puzzle that you can solve in the future to grant your group a boon.
With their defeat at your hands in the past, they have remembered your group as the Scourge that cut down their families. In the present, the Blessed Inheritors have used the secrets of their inherited glyphic to gain power over Time Magic and created a temporal knot in the Tower of Shadow's Blessing. In an attempt to control your fate, they will send you to the past, back to the time of the town's construction, where the Matriarch will flee due to your intrusion and travel to the future. The temporal knot in the past will later fling you into the far future, where a rain of fire has burned down the town. You will discover that the Matriarch has returned and converted the peaceful descendants of the Inheritors into a Peryite cult by promising them salvation from the eruption, building a temple and using them for sacrifices that have brought monstrous beasts. Once you defeat the Matriarch in the future, you can recover the glyphic and return to the present, finally ending the threat once and for all.

- The were originally codenamed as the "Necropolis Stewards" in the files, suggesting their outfit style (or the dungeon itself) was meant to be linked to the Keepers of the Dead at an earlier point. Their crafting style's material, Necrom Incense, also lacks any actual connection to the Blessed Inheritors.
