Applewatch

Applewatch is a farm west of Bruma (quest-related).

The farm is inhabited by the elderly matron of the Draconis family, Perennia Draconis, and her dog Jake, and is involved in three Dark Brotherhood quests. It consists of the farmhouse and a garden (including 5 lettuce plants, 5 potato plants, and 3 radish plants).

The interior of the farmhouse is unremarkable. Consisting of a single room, it features Perennia's double bed and a lit fireplace. Two chests (one locked), a set of drawers, a cupboard, and several barrels and sacks contain food and clutter, while tables and shelves hold cheap tableware, food, an iron dagger, and an iron war axe.

A small graveyard appears in the yard after Next of Kin, with a tombstone for each of the assassinated family members. Activating Perennia's tombstone will summon her vengeful spirit.
