Quest pages in this category are almost complete according to the Morrowind Overhaul Project. The template puts a page in this category when all aspects of a quest have been written and checked, and at this point the "cleanup-mwop-quest" tag can be removed following discussion on the quest's talk page. A week after the quest becomes a member of this category and editors reach a consensus on the talk page, the cleanup tag should be removed.
