The Destruction skill is the mastery of the spell effects of the College of Destruction. Their spells harm living and unliving things, and include elemental damage, draining, damaging, vulnerability, and disintegration magical effects.

Character Creation

The following races receive bonuses to their Destruction skill:

• +10 bonus: Dark Elf, High Elf

The following classes have Destruction as a Major skill:

• Battlemage, Crusader, Mage, Sorcerer, Spellsword

The following classes have Destruction as a Minor skill:

• Nightblade

If a new character's Destruction skill × 2 + Willpower / 5 + Luck / 10 is at least the listed value, they can receive the following starting spell:

• 56: Fire Bite (Fire Damage 15-30 pts for 1 sec on Touch, Cost: 6 pts)
