The Desert Garden Gala Overdress was available in the Crown Store for 00700700  from February 2, 2017 to August 14, 2017. It returned from January 9 to 16, 2023, where it was offered to ESO Plus Members at a discounted ^(?). It is also available as an Epic-level reward in Scalecaller Crown Crates.
