Ruuvitar

Ruuvitar is a powerful High Elf alchemist leading the invading Dominion forces found in Shadowfen. His main goal is to gain access to the Mnemic Egg, a powerful Argonian artifact closely tied to the Hist, in order to poison it. It would result in killing off their next generation of hatchlings.

Skills and Abilities

Flare

A basic ranged attack that does minor flame damage.

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Ice Cage

The enemy summons a ring of frost around itself that does moderate frost damage over time to all players in the red circle.

Impending Storm

The enemy charges up and releases lightning from itself as indicated by red circles. This attack does moderate shock damage to all enemies hit. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance or simply avoided.

The Skin-Stealer's Lair

Whether you free or distract Lyranth from noticing him opening the Lair of the Skin-Stealer, Lyranth will show you a projection of Ruuvitar inspecting the Mnemic Egg.

If you choose to free Lyranth:

Lyranth: "Why a glimpse of your enemy: Ruuvitar and his prize."

If you choose to distract Lyranth:

Lyranth: "Then gaze upon your doom. Ruuvitar and his prize."

The Dream of the Hist

When he notices you or when you released the prisoners, he cries out:

Ruuvitar: "No! I've nearly unlocked its secret!"

During the fight, he will taunt you by saying one of the following lines. Additionally, if you didn't free the prisoners before the fight, he will drain their essence, which will kill them:

Ruuvitar: "You'll make a fine test subject!"

Ruuvitar: "You won't end my righteous work!"
