Each of the major cities in Cyrodiil has it's own guard with the cities' attire. If a crime is commited, the guards will see that justice is dealt.

Imperial City Guard

The Imperial City guard has several guard towers;

• North: The tower between the Elven Gardens District and the Market District.
• Northeast: The tower between the Market District and the Arena District.
• Southeast: The tower between the Arena District and the Arboretum.
• South: The tower between the Arboretum and the Temple District.
• Southwest: The tower between the Temple District and the Talos Plaza District.
• Northwest: The tower between the Talos Plaza District and the Elven Gardens District.
• Another guard house is in the Elven Gardens district.

Imperial Legion Guard

The Anvil guard. Anvil's guard tower is on the west side of the city, behind Jesan Sextius' house.
