Muustikar Wave-Eater is a powerful wamasu boss sometimes encountered at Abyssal Geysers. When it is summoned, K'Tora will say "Muustikar, K'Tora has need of you, Wave-Eater!" or Nocturnal will say "Muustikar, Nocturnal has need of you, Wave-Eater!"
Skills and Abilities[edit]
- Bite
- A basic melee attack dealing high physical damage.
- Shocking Breath
- Muustikar belches out lightning at whoever is in front of itself, dealing very high shock damage. This attack has no AoE indicator.
- Lightning Stomp
- Muustikar rears up and stomps the ground, causing several shock fields to form and travel outward from its position, indicated by moderately-sized circular AoE, dealing very high continuous shock damage.
- Lightning Strike
- Muustikar begins to shake, causing lightning to strike down on you twice in a row, dealing moderate shock damage each time. This attack has no AoE indicator and cannot be avoided.
- Eruption
- Throughout the fight, water spouts will burst from the ground all over the arena, indicated by quickly growing circular AoEs, dealing high physical damage. These are not indicated by a particular animation from the boss, and coupled with the visual noise during the fight from the geyser and the other boss attacks, they can be hard to spot.
