Green number[edit]

What's the meaning of the green number under "cure Blight Disease", Rilm's Gift? -Meisterdieb 15:28, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

It means the cost of the spell is less than it "should" be - the value in brackets is the value it would be if you made it yourself. Red values show spells that are more expensive. I'll add a note to the page - and there are a few other things that need tweaking too. rpeh •TCE 16:04, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Mephala's Skill[edit]

Why isn't this spell on the list. I know it can't be bought, but the summon dwemer centurion is on the conjuration list. Here's the info: Chameleon on self for 60 magnitude 50 to 50 Fortify Attack on self for 60 magnitude 10 to 10 Spell cost: 30 and it always succeeds ID: skillmephala_sp — Unsigned comment by ‎ (talk) at 04:37 on 2 March 2011

Fortify Attack Missing[edit]

This spell effect is not listed on this page at all. The only instances of this effect in a spell in the vanilla version are Mephala's Skill and the Orc's Berserk power (see this page). Mephala's Skill would also fit into the Fortify Skill section, but it isn't included in that section either. This should probably be fixed at some point. 20:01, 5 May 2015 (GMT)

Done: Fortify Attack and Mephala's Skill (which provides the former) now added, from data at Morrowind:Illusion Spells. — Darklocq  ¢ 00:01, 24 April 2017 (UTC)

Ogrul's spells are missing[edit]

From its name, Ogrul's Quick Again would appear to be a Restore Speed spell. Morrowind:Spells/Ogrul's Quick Again (which is used as a link on some pages) redirects to Morrowind:Restoration Spells#Ogrul's Quick Again, but there is no entry for it or mention of it here. — Darklocq  ¢ 00:04, 24 April 2017 (UTC)

Followup: There are actually four missing spells, though they are accounted for by the {{MW Spell}} template:

Ogrul's Lucky Again * 1 Restore Luck Restore Luck 10 pts on Self
Ogrul's Quick Again * 1 Restore Speed Restore Speed 10 pts on Self
Ogrul's Staunch Again * 1 Restore Willpower Restore Willpower 10 pts on Self
Ogrul's Strong-Again * 1 Restore Strength Restore Strength 10 pts on Self

* These four spells are only available as possible rewards during the Gathering Muck quest. You may only choose one of them (the most useful is probably Strong-Again, as Damage Strength is frequently a result of combat with Greater Bonewalkers).

The main table on this page is giving me a headache; I'll try to come back to it later if someone doesn't beat me to it. — Darklocq  ¢ 19:06, 7 March 2018 (UTC)

Beat ya to it. ParadoxPraxis (talk) 22:11, 4 June 2020 (UTC)

Skylamp's Shadow[edit]

The spell Skylamp's Shadow fortifies speed 5-20pts for 30sec on Self at a cost of 19 magicka. However, it is not for sale from any spell vendor; it is only known by 3 NPCs in the game (Ulath-Pal, Talis Drurel, and Faras Thirano), none of whom will sell it to you. As such, it is one of a number of spells in the game known only to non-spell-vendor NPCs which cannot be acquired by the player in any (non-mod/non-console) way.

I was under the impression that this page lists only spells which can be acquired by the player in some way (usually through a spell vendor, sometimes as a quest reward or similar bonus). I'd be happy to add Skylamp's Shadow as a non-acquirable spell, but in that case there are a lot of other non-acquirable spells which should also be added to these pages. Is this the way we want to go? — Wolfborn(Howl) 05:33, 13 May 2021 (UTC)
