Chimeri-Quey are descendants of the Chimer that continued traveling east when their compatriots settled in Morrowind, thus escaping the transformation that afflicted their kin after the Battle of Red Mountain. On occasion, individuals travel west out of the Padomaic Ocean, and can be found in the courts and ports of the eastern provinces.

Their sea-bound society has made them masters of trade, bringing the care and efficiency of sailing to the table of commerce.
