Wrathmen are draugr-like skeletal undead found in the Soul Cairn. Compared to the other Soul Cairn enemies such as the bonemen and mistmen, wrathmen are much more warrior-like, wearing non-lootable ancient Nord armor and wielding leveled two-handed weaponry. The Conjuration spell tome Conjure Wrathman can be found in the Soul Cairn, which summons a two-handed dragonbone weapon-wielding wrathman for 60 seconds.
Gallows Hall Creation[edit]
The Gallows Hall Creation lets you summon a permanent Wrathman follower by using the Bone Forge.
- The Wrathman is summoned using 1 Bone Meal, 1 Greater Soul Gem, 1 Frost Salts, 1 Soul Husk, and 1 Ancient Nord Helmet.
- The summoned minion does not count toward your maximum number of summons, making it a free permanent follower.
- The minions do not regenerate health and are protected, being downed when their health is too low instead of being outright killed. You can heal them with Necromantic Healing and Heal Undead spells.
Notes[edit]
- Wrathmen have the highest health of any summoned creature, not including Creation Club spells.
- While bonemen and mistmen are immune to the full-powered Unrelenting Force Shout, wrathmen are not, becoming ragdolled like Draugr. If you encounter Wrathmen atop a building, you can Shout them off for a quick kill.
- Wrathmen you summon through the spell will always wield Dragonbone two-handed weapons, but wrathmen encountered in the Soul Cairn carry varied two-handed weapons, anywhere from Iron to Daedric. Furthermore, what weapon they carry does not indicate how much health they have, which varies from wrathman to wrathman.
