Battlemaster Rivyn has challenged me to participate in five Battlegrounds matches.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Battlemaster Rivyn at any of the Battlegrounds locations.
- Queue for and complete five Battlegrounds games.
- Talk to Battlemaster Rivyn for your reward.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
To begin speak to Battlemaster Rivyn:
- I'm looking for a challenge.
- "For this challenge I want you to participate in five matches. Use this time to focus your strategy. Let the bond between your team grow without the concerns of victory holding you back.
Win or lose, you'll be rewarded if you complete this task." - I'll return when I've participated in five matches.
After speaking to Battlemaster Rivyn, join the Battlegrounds queue, either in Solo or Group modes.
Play any five games of any mode. The modes are as follows:
- Capture the Relic: Capture the enemies' relics and return them to your base.
- Chaosball: Pick up and try to hold a ball which gives points but deals increasingly serious damage over time.
- Crazy King: Capture and try to hold capture points that will regularly move to different locations on the map.
- Deathmatch: Find and kill enemy players to earn points for your team.
- Domination: Capture and hold sites across the map, continually earning points based on locations held.
Once this is done, speak to Battlemaster Rivyn for your reward:
- "How fare you in today's battles?"
- I've completed your challenge.
- "As with any skill, practice makes perfect. It's important to stay sharp out there. Champions don't just spring up overnight!
You've earned your reward."

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
