Akeenus is a blind Argonian Shadowscale found in Loriasel. Her eyes were cut away as part of Dominion torture.

Akeenus appears as you marks the bodies you find. After each body, she speaks briefly:

Akeenus: "Maahi found another to help? Praise Sithis."

Akeenus: "Another body. Thanks for lending your sight."

Akeenus: "Maahi regains his spirits. Good work, outsider."

Akeenus: "I slipped Maahi past the lamias. Go speak to him."

Afterward, Akeenus can be found leaning against the wall next to Maahi. When spoken to, she says:

"The dominon cut away my sight. They thought it would muzzle a Shadowscale? Ha!"

After killing the Lamia Queen and retrieving the final set of remains, she can be found again near Maahi:

"I'm still a Shadowscale, sight or no sight. I protected Maahi from the lamias, yes?"
