The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Official Trailer was a short video created to reveal the fifth main game in the series, and featured many of the elements of the announcement trailer. Like the one before it, primarily features a depiction of Alduin's Wall, with the main theme of Skyrim playing throughout the trailer. However, this trailer also features a battle between the Last Dragonborn and a dragon. During the battle the dragon uses the Fire Breath shout, while the Dragonborn responds with Unrelenting Force. There is also a few moments of gameplay showing combat and scenery.

Esbern narrates the following:

"You should have acted. They're already here. The Elder Scrolls told of their return."

"Their defeat was merely a delay ... to the time after Oblivion opened ... when the Sons of Skyrim would spill their own blood."

"But no one wanted to believe — believe they even existed."

"And when the truth finally dawns, it dawns in fire."

"But ... there's one they fear."

"In their tongue, he is "Dovahkiin." Dragonborn!"
