Rockwallow Mine

Rockwallow Mine is a small iron mine in eastern Stonehills. It contains only one zone, Rockwallow Mine.

It is owned by Thane Bryling of Solitude and run by the married couple Pactur and Sorli the Builder. Gestur Rockbreaker will buy iron ore from you.

Walkthrough

Exterior

A smelter is outside the mine entrance, which is east of Sorli's house.

Rockwallow Mine

The entrance is a short, ice-filled tunnel leading to a central icy cave containing two wooden ramps up to platforms each within reach of an iron ore vein: one directly in front of you (to the east) and the other on your right (in the southwest). The latter has a bedroll beside a low table holding a copy of the Heavy Armor skill book Orsinium and the Orcs. In the northeast and southeast, two short tunnels lead to dead ends, each with an iron ore vein at the end. Several pickaxes and shovels are found throughout the mine.

Notes

• During the day, there are as many miners as ore veins, making it difficult to mine.
