Sathram

Vanus Sathram is a Dark Elf priest of the Maulborn who led the attack on the Tribunal Temple in Mournhold. You must defeat him at the conclusion of the related quest, where he is found in the central High Chapel. To remove his wards, you must activate the wards of Almalexia, Sotha Sil, and Vivec in that order. After the wards are down, you can kill him.

Shock

A basic ranged attack that does minor shock damage.

Thunder Thrall

The enemy teleports to you and summons a bolt of lightning that strikes a large area around itself. This attack does moderate shock damage to all players as indicated by the red circle.

Quest-Related Events

When entering the High Chapel, he will be surrounded by a barrier that is siphoning energy from the relics:

Sathram: "You're too late. Vox has the artifact. The Judgement of Veloth is hers!"

When you start activating the relics to bring down his wards:

Sathram: "You know nothing of the Three! ALMSIVI can't save you now!"

Once his barrier is down and he is vulnerable:

Sathram: "I may fall, but you were too late to stop Magistrix Vox! She will destroy you all!"
