Jarl Reddharn's Hall

Jarl Reddharn's Hall is a three-story building Morthal. Jarl Reddharn resides here. The jarl and his steward appear here during the related quest. There is a master safebox on the second floor near a patrolling guard. On the third floor is Freiwen's Diary and the bard instrument Shriek-of-Silk. Captain Murthin stands in front of the hall. Two mastiffs, named Hurskir and Seesu, are standing in a pen to the left of the hall.
