When you first approach her during the Reachmen invasion, she will be eager to fight.

Once the Charge of Evermore is completed, her dialogue will depend on your choice. If you spared the accessory to Sir Hu's murder:

"Give me one good reason I shouldn't march over there and take her head off.
Go on, I'll wait."

If they were killed, she will be very matter of fact:

"Well, good! Now to clear them all out. All of them, from everywhere."
