Chelni

Chelni is an Argonian vossa-satl player, who can be found preparing for the Bonding Ritual celebrations north of Bright-Throat Village.

Once you have sorted out some problems, the ritual will begin and afterwards Chelni will be seen playing her instrument while people dance around her. After this she cannot be spoken to.

"I hear that up by Gideon, they have frogs that sing so high that only those with the most sensitive of fronds can hear them. They must draw very small crowds."

Notes

• Chelni's vossa-satl won't exist prior to her playing it after completing the bonding ceremony, and materializes instantly as she gets up when she is about to do so.
  • Beehuna and Klor will be dancing near her after the ceremony even before she starts playing, which she only does once the quest is officially completed.
