Belardirwe the Bad is a High Elf and member of the Blackbird bandits encountered at the end of the quest Bantering with Bandits, on the beach north of Gryphon Aerie. During the scene she is in, it is quickly revealed the Blackbirds are actually House of Reveries members and friends of Tableau.
