Tel Mithryn is a settlement on the banks of the Iggnir River in southeastern Solstheim, made primarily out of three large fungi.[1] It was planted by Master Neloth of House Telvanni from cuttings of fungi in Vvardenfell, presumably before 4E 5.[2] The Nordic burial ground of Himmelhost Barrow was once found at the site of the settlement,[3] but like many of the ruins was later buried by the ash from the eruption of Red Mountain.[4] Relations between Tel Mithryn and the nearby Redoran town of Raven Rock have been cordial; the two settlements have been content to ignore each other.[5]

In 4E 201, Tel Mithryn was plagued by a string of bad luck, with the death of its steward, withering of its fungi and frequent ash spawn and dragon attacks. It was later discovered to be the work of Ildari Sarothril.
