Jucani's House

Jucani's House is a large mansion in Bruma's upper-class western district.

It is the home of patriarch Albecius Jucani, his wife Ruccia and his two children: Banus and Eddvia. It stands next to the Jerall View Inn while overlooking the Bruma market.

On the ground floor, upon entering, is the dining room, dominated by a large table with food and drink. Nearby are shelves with foodstuffs, a cooking pot, a chest, a fine hat and a copy of the Niben Herald. To the left is a room with two beds and a table with a silver emerald necklace, while to the right is an Apprentice-locked chest, a trapdoor to the basement and stairs leading up.

On the first floor landing is a table with a Scroll of Turn Lesser Undead and a shrine of Julianos. To the left is a room with a double bed, a lute and a copy of Remanada; to the right is a sitting room adorned with stuffed animal heads.

The basement is devoted to storage, including raw meats, foodstuffs, drinks, furniture, carpets and clothes, including two leather boots.

• The entrance is unlocked at all times.
• None of the containers on the ground floor respawn, while in the basement only the barrels respawn.
