Tul the Whiner on the docks of North Harbour

Tul the Whiner is an Argonian commoner who lives in Leyawiin.

As a beggar, Tul doesn't have much to do. He wakes up at 6am and spends his days wandering around the port begging for coins. He sits down at 4pm to eat whatever he's managed to scavenge, and goes to bed at 2am.

He wears green felt linen pants and braided leather sandals. He has no possessions.

Tul has a pallet and bag in the small courtyard to one side of the entrance to the Coast Guard Station.

If you ask Tul about the church, he'll express surprise: "Oh, you didn't come to take my food, did you? Or my house? Truly? The port is cold and I am freezing. When I had no home, I was freezing all the time. Now I have a home. But it's cold. Give me a coin and I can buy some firewood. I have already burned everything that Avrus brought. I suffer so much from the cold!" If you ask about the primate, he'll say: "Why would the Lord Primate visit a miserable beggar? My destiny is to freeze here in the port. The Primate does not visit the port."
