Daeria Vucinia

Daeria Vucinia is an Imperial drillmaster and former soldier who lives in a house in Firewatch. She has been growing concerned of late about her comrade and fellow Firewatch resident, Polius Tertius, who has been struggling to come clean of skooma. Daeria will ask you to intervene if you can, beginning the events of Sugar and Spice.

She wears a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, and belt. She wields an Imperial broadsword and carries 27 gold.

Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows no spells.

Sugar and Spice[edit]

  • Greetings:
"Good meeting you, %PCName. Apologies if I seem distracted. It's just that I'm worried about my old friend's skooma problem."
"Have you solved my friend's skooma problem?"
  • skooma problem:
"My old war buddy Polius Tertius is out of work, and now he's developed a skooma addiction. You wouldn't happen to have any experience taking care of that sort of thing, would you? I'd be very grateful if you could help."
  • I'll help you.:
"Thank you. I appreciate it. Polius lives in a house with a thatch roof here in Uriel's Quarter. See what you can do to help him."
  • I don't see how I could help.:
"Alright, then. Is there something else you want?"
"Good luck getting Polius clean."
"He's clean? Very good to hear. Here's some gold for your trouble." (You receive 300 gold)
"You helped him get a job? Well, I suppose that's a step in the right direction. Here's some gold for your trouble." (You receive 300 gold)
"You sold him skooma. Do you have no shame? Get out of my sight." (Disposition down by 90)
  • war buddy:
"Polius and I both sailed up to Nivalis with Duchess Vaynth. What came after the wasn't quite so sunny. But I'm proud of my service."
