Can't start quest with Lod

Can anyone verify that Lod does give this quest? I've never seen seen him give this quest, even when I've purposely avoided Alvor and Adrianne to receive it from him. Lod doesn't actually give this quest, even though he has the dialogue and everything - because he's omitted from the list of people who can give it. Vicano (talk) 10:42, 28 September 2014 (GMT)

I've checked the CK and this is correct, he is absent from the formlist used by the condition needed to start the quest. I've added these bugs to this and Lod's page as confirmed ~ Dwarfmp (talk) 09:14, 29 September 2014 (GMT)

It was pointed out to me there that the dialogue for the quest was never recorded in his voice, therefore we can only assume he was left out intentionally. I've updated the info accordingly. In any case, thanks for pointing this out ~ Dwarfmp (talk) 15:15, 29 September 2014 (GMT)

As I said in the edit summary, he does have dialogue recorded for this - you just can't see it because he's not currently eligible to say it. Add him to the list yourself, and you'll see. Vicano (talk) 15:22, 29 September 2014 (GMT)
