Pickpocketing Bandits[edit]
I tried pickpocketing bandits the other day and it was almost impossible. I got caught every single time. Is it impossible to pickpocket bandits? I'll look into this further but having other people verifying it too would be nice.
More Dialog[edit]
Can any dialog be extracted from the game? Every now and then I hear a bandit sing a song about some girl from Stros Michai( or someting ). Im sure theres more dialog then we have here.--J'ZhirrthePriest 23:53, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
Just heard it again along with another song about an elf and another about pick pocketing being a real art, but no luck remembering it.--J'ZhirrthePriest 00:30, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
- You can find this using the CSList. Here's a link to all of their dialogue, if you're still interested. • JATalk 05:09, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
Dragonborn adds to leveled list for armor[edit]
I'm not sure where to document this at this point, but just adding a note here for now that Bandit Chiefs can be found wearing Nordic armor in Skyrim once Dragonborn is installed. — ABCface◥ 00:33, 17 December 2012 (GMT)
- Yeah seems that's the highest level armor (nordic carved) that the bandit cheifs wear, instead of steel plate. — Unsigned comment by Templarphoenix (talk • contribs) at 19:11 on 12 February 2013
- Yeah they seem to be found in Nordic Carved after level 20... but can't be positive. Lord Eydvar Talk|Contribs 15:55, 21 March 2013 (GMT)
- Guys, I can't find anything in the data to support this so far, and I've dug around in CSList until my head is ready to explode. I really need to know the name of the bandit you're fighting when you see this, and even better, any IDs you can give as examples (assuming you can use the console). Specific locations might be useful too, as I'm beginning to suspect the bandits you're seeing are specific actors with a slightly different template than the generic Bandits on this page (although the few of those I've tracked down so far aren't touched by DB, don't have unique inventories, and their templates aren't touched by DB either). Any little bit would help. Thanks! ⇠eshetalk 16:19, 21 March 2013 (GMT)
- I recall a bandit chief who attacked my homestead was wearing Carved Armor. Im sure I have seen them in bandit camps too, but cant remember which one. --Jimeee (talk) 17:48, 21 March 2013 (GMT)
- Lakeview Manor, Bandit Chief, accompanied by two lower-ranked bandits. Also see this discussion if you haven't already. — ABCface◥ 05:48, 22 March 2013 (GMT)

Pictures[edit]
Somebody please tell me how to get those good quality pictures of those bandits, i'm trying to find every one of them.

- What do you mean by all the pictures? How to take them? Or how to view the ones we have on the wiki? I think all the ones on the wiki are on this page. Jeancey (talk) 18:58, 26 April 2013 (GMT)
- I mean, that for example that there is that picture of that one dead Breton bandit, I could try to find him alive and get a picture of him, and put it here, without that map thing.

- could you be more specific? Which breton bandit? Where is it from? Jeancey (talk) 19:11, 26 April 2013 (GMT)
- That page: Bandit (NPC)
- - Jaakko Hietanen— Unsigned comment by 91.155.224.67 (talk) at 19:13 on 26 April 2013
- That NPC is always dead, you can't find him alive. And if you resurrect him via the console, then the picture is useless to us because you would never normally find the NPC alive. Jeancey (talk) 19:17, 26 April 2013 (GMT)
- I Found him alive at White River Watch, at least someone who looks like him
- Jaakko Hietanen— Unsigned comment by 91.155.224.67 (talk) at 19:22 on 26 April 2013
- That is a different npc, probably one of the ones listed here. The ones listed at Bandit (NPC) are always dead. Jeancey (talk) 19:24, 26 April 2013 (GMT)
- - I mean that do you know that page where is pictures of different bandits who are alive, in the bandit main page, if I could add some more there, but I don't know how, not maybe print screen, do you know how?

Silver Hand[edit]
Should we link this page to Skyrim:Silver Hand? Silver Hand members share a lot of their stats and equipment, as well as their dialogue, with bandits. You can occasionally see Silver Hand members described as bandits (e.g. you use an Illusion spell on one, and are told Bandit Marauder is too powerful). --Morrolan (talk) 14:07, 12 September 2013 (GMT)
Light/Heavy Armour[edit]
Is there a difference in bandit spawning whether they have light armour or heavy armour?
This page states that heavy armour bandits still spawn with the 'Custom Fit' perk, which only benefits those wearing light armour. For the perk to make sense, they need 'Well Fitted'.
Additionally, light armour bandits have the 'Matching Set' perk, which only affects those wearing heavy armour.
If this is fixable, should this technically be considered a bug? I assume it's not though, as the bandits seem to be identical, apart from spawning with light or heavy armour. — Unsigned comment by 121.44.90.208 (talk) at 13:33 on 26 December 2018 (UTC)
