Shadowkey:Main Quest
Shadowkey's Main Quest starts out in a simple, linear fashion but after the quest Collect Five Star Teeth, it branches out to encompass every area of the game map. In fact, although the game has an intended route through the quests, most of them can be completed in any order - a fact that can occasionally lead to discrepancies or bugs.
Azra's Crossing Quests[edit]
- Find the Temple: Kill the rats around the temple.
- Herb Quest: Kill the rat and return Menlin's herbs to her.
- Rescue Prisoners: Rescue the prisoners from Delfran's Hideout.
- Clear Earthtear Caverns: Remove all enemies from the Earthtear Caverns.
- Collect Five Star Teeth: Find five Star Teeth to contain an ancient terror.
Star Teeth[edit]
At this point, Skelos Undriel requires five Star Teeth. He doesn't care which five, but the first five in this list seem to be the "intended" ones. Certainly, the tooth in Glacier Crawl has enough comments and conditional scripts to indicate it is supposed to be the last tooth acquired.
In these lists, all quests that must be completed to acquire the tooth are listed: others may fit naturally around them.
Once five teeth have been obtained, Skelos' quest can be completed.
Witch Tree's Tooth[edit]
- Witch Tree 1: Help an Orc on behalf of a special tree.
- Witch Tree 2: Find and help a sorrowful woman.
- Broken Wing Cameo: Return the cameo of Rene Violet's mother to her.
- Witch Tree 3: Retrieve a Shadowkey from Twilight Temple.

Lakvan's Tooth[edit]

Azra Nightwielder's Tooth[edit]

- Find Azra Nightwielder: Locate Azra, deep below the Fearfrost Caverns.
- or
- Mage's Identity: Uncover the identity of a mysterious mage.
Perosius' Tooth[edit]
- This tooth isn't quest-related. To receive it, kill Perosius in one of the hidden chambers in Broken Wing II.
Chieftain's Tooth[edit]
- This tooth isn't quest-related. To receive it, kill the Chieftain in the northwest of Glacier Crawl and then look in the nearby chest.
Azra Nightwielder[edit]
As well as giving you the tooth in his possession, Azra will tell you that in his day there were seven teeth, not just five. He believes that to confront the Umbra' Keth with only five teeth would be disastrous. If you have already given five teeth to Skelos, this turns out to be accurate: his remains can be found scattered around Earthtear Caverns, proof of the power of the Shadow of Conflict. The teeth you handed over can be retrieved from their holders. If you hadn't already given him five teeth you can persuade Skelos to hand them back, pointing out that Azra probably knows more about what needs to be done.
Crypt of Hearts[edit]
Either way, once you have seven teeth, head to the Crypt of Hearts. It's worth talking to the Crypt Caretaker as he has some useful information - namely that the "Vault of the Heavens" lies on the second level of the crypt and is where the Star Teeth must be used. He also explains that the effect of the chamber doesn't extend beyond its walls, and that you must lure beasts to the chamber for it to help you.
The Umbra' Keth itself resides on the third level and cannot be killed - at most it can be banished back into the shadows for a short time. The beast must be lured back into the Vault of the Heavens and only then can the Star Teeth be placed into their holders and the beast defeated.
Azra's Crossing Again[edit]
Upon returning to Azra's Crossing you will hear how trade is booming, people are happy and the temple has cured an incipient plague. If he is still alive, Skelos Undriel will congratulate you on your success. The only other person who has anything much to say is Old Trinket, still waiting outside the Crypt, who will tell you he knew you had it in you all along.
After this, the only tasks left are mopping up the remaining enemies and finishing any outstanding quests.
