Ulbazar Thief-Lord

Ulbazar Thief-Lord is a Redguard mummy found deep within the Crypt of the Exiles. In life he was rumored to be a great warrior who was exiled and in revenge stole his lord's most precious possession, the Memory Stone of Makela Leki. He later sought refuge in Evermore, only to be imprisoned in the crypt by the king of the city, and believed that he and the exiles would never leave.

Fright Force

A basic ranged attack that does minor magical damage.

Aspect of Terror
