The Ruins Bazaar is a marketplace consisting of a pack merchant located in the heart of Shimmerene. Its sole mercantile occupant is Ancelhros who sells backpack upgrades from his stall.
Another stall named "The Ruins Bazaar" is located on the road south of Shimmerene. It is manned by Hirenariel, a general goods merchant. A simple safebox can be found at this location.
