The Brass Hatchling is a dwarven spider found inside the Mtharnaz group delve in Craglorn. It is one of the bosses you need to defeat to clear the delve.
It has a chance to drop the Antiquity lead for the Aetherquartz Tonal Resonator.
Skills and Abilities[edit]
- Shocking Touch
- Basic ranged attack dealing high shock damage.
- Double Strike
- A charged melee attack that deal high physical damage twice. This attack can be blocked to stagger The Brass Hatchling and makes it only hit once.
- Static Field
- The Brass Hatchling charges up, emitting a shock aura around itself. Standing in it deals continuous shock damage over time to all targets as indicated by a red circle. Other Dwarven automatons may also attempt to charge up by being near the spider, although this can be interrupted. When an automaton is charged, it glows blue and deals more damage.
- Overcharge
- If The Brass Hatchling is destroyed while charged, an explosion occurs, dealing moderate shock damage to all targets around it as indicated by a red circle.
- Activate Centurions
- Early into the fight, the Brass Hatchling activates the two dormant dwarven centurions located near the machines behind it one after the other. They deal shock damage around them while activating, then they rush in to join the fight.
- Summon Dwarven Spiders
- Upon reaching 80% health, the Brass Hatchling summons four dwarven spiders from the pipes in the ceiling and walls of the room, and they rush in to join the fight.
