Saint Veloth

Saint Veloth is the patron saint of the Outcasts and Spiritual Seekers in the Dunmeri pantheon. He is the one who led the Chimer people from the Summerset Isles to their promised home of Resdayn (now known as Morrowind). Magistrix Vox has stole his skull and his hammer, causing him to be broken into the Vestige of Saint Veloth. His spirit is summoned at his shrine located in northeastern Deshaan, after his reliquary is rebuilt.

Quest-Related Events

Once his reliquary is rebuilt, he will appear in full form:

"I am returned to my customary ethereal vigor.
Thanks to you, my child."

Any advice on how I should proceed against Vox?

"Vox possesses my hammer, the Judgment. Like any such artifact, it can be used for good or turned to darker purposes.
But all is not lost. I can protect you from the hammer's powers."

What powers does Veloth's Judgement possess?

"When Judgment falls, Vox kills her target and traps its soul. The trapped souls feed her power, making her stronger than other mortals.
Few can survive the hammer's strike. But you shall."

How?

"I shall bestow upon you my blessing. Imbued with the power of my holy favor, the hammer cannot kill you.
But it will send you to where the other souls are trapped. You shall free Vox's prisoners and thus break her power."

I'll do my best to defeat Vox.

"Go now, exalted by my blessing, to Eidolon's Hollow.
Stop Magistrix Vox and put an end to her madness."

He will reward you with Saint Veloth's Shield. After completing the quest, he will say:

"You are urgently needed at Eidolon's Hollow. With my blessing, you can face Vox and survive."

After completing The Judgement of Veloth:

If your character was a Dark Elf:

"Your Dunmer blood proved true. Vox is defeated, order is restored. Well done."

Otherwise, he will say:

"Vox is defeated, order is restored. You are a credit to your people."
