An army of undead swarmed from the sea and attacked the Sentinel Docks. Watch Captain Zafira has asked me to inform King Fahara'jad.

  • The NPCs in the streets relaying where the Prince was taken won't exist in Sentinel before starting the quest or related objective.
  • Azah won't exist in the cave (though the Withered Hand will be present) until speaking with the guard by the trapdoor.

Latest start King Fahara'jad says the undead attack at the docks was the work of the Withered Hand, a group of dangerous and vengeful necromancers. He's asked me to consult with his trusted advisor, General Thoda, about how to proceed.
