Panhandler Thomas is a Breton beggar who can be found in Daggerfall. He witnesses the murder of Guillaume down the side of the Daggerfall Cathedral, by the Werewolf that has been killing off Daggerfall's beggars.

When you approach the river that you travel to as part of your investigation during the related quest, you can hear Panhandler Thomas screaming:

Panhandler Thomas: "It was a monster! It tore out Guillaume's throat and disappeared into the river. It was hideous!"

When you speak to Pandhandler Thomas during the related quest, he will tell you:

"It was huge! Went right into the river after it stuck down poor Guillaume."

After killing the Werewolf, he will thank you.

"What a beast! Right out of my worst nightmares. Thank you for killing the horrible thing."
