Jubilee Confetti Conveyor is achieved for consuming 25 Jubilee Confetti Packs. This achievement was added to the game in 2024.

The achievement is earned by using 25 Jubilee Confetti Packs from your inventory: once this is done, the Jubilee Steed will appear in your collections window. The achievement has a counter which shows how many have been used so far. Jubilee Confetti Packs are acquired by opening Glorious Anniversary Jubilee Gift Boxes, of which you can earn one per day as a reward for the first daily quest you complete while the Anniversary Jubilee event is active.

In 2024, the Anniversary Jubilee ran for 20 days from April 4 to April 23, which was not quite long enough to acquire all 25 confetti packs. If you earned tickets every day that the event was active, you would need to buy 5 additional confetti packs from the Impresario for 00000033  each to supplement your final total to earn the achievement.
