Iskra the Omen is a daedric titan found in the Vaults of Madness, of which it is a boss. Its unique loot is Ill Omen, Omen's Edge, or Ruin.

Skills and Abilities

Monstrous Claw

A basic melee attack causing moderate physical damage.

Falling Sky

Iskra the Omen flies up a short distance into the air before crashing back down onto the ground as indicated by a wide, red circle growing in size, causing high physical damage and knocking those hit backwards. Leads into Ethereal Flame.

Ethereal Flame

After recovering from Falling Sky, Iskra the Omen turns to face a player before breathing a long line of blue flames across the arena, in the form of multiple overlapping AoEs, causing very high flame damage when standing inside. The AoEs linger for a long time, long enough that two lines of fire can be active at the same time.

	Vaults of Madness Conqueror	15	Complete Veteran Vaults of Madness by defeating the Cursed One, Ulguna Soul-Reaver, Death's Head, Grothdarr, Achaeraizur, the Ancient One, Iskra the Omen, and the Mad Architect.
	Vaults of Madness Survivor	50	Defeat the Cursed One, Ulguna Soul-Reaver, Death's Head, Grothdarr, Achaeraizur, the Ancient One, Iskra the Omen, and the Mad Architect in Veteran Vaults of Madness, without suffering a group member death.
	Vaults of Madness Assassin	50	Defeat the Cursed One, Ulguna Soul-Reaver, Death's Head, Grothdarr, Achaeraizur, the Ancient One, Iskra the Omen, and the Mad Architect in Veteran Vaults of Madness within twenty minutes of starting the dungeon. Timer starts when players engage the first group of tormentors.

Notes

• It is one of the few daedric titans that by default is grounded on all four legs.
