- Allow four party members to suffer the effects of Infectious Vomit simultaneously prior to defeating Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in Veteran Bal Sunnar.
Infectious Beliefs is awarded for having whole group affected by Infectious Vomit at once, before defeating Matriarch Lladi Telvanni in Veteran Bal Sunnar.
Infectious Vomit is a wide conal attack. The cone itself only deals ticks of damage. The projectiles it periodically shoots towards its target (they will have their own circular markers) are what causes similar effect in players, so catching one of these is what you should aim for, going for this achievement. Note that Infectious Vomit effect disables using any skills or consumables for its duration, and plan accordingly.
