Arano Plantation

Arano Plantation is a rural settlement west of Suran.

Located east of Dren Plantation, the plantation is the home of Direr Arano, a Noble and Retainer of Great House Hlaalu. It is the only Hlaalu plantation that doesn't utilize slave labor.

His servant Daynasa Telandas is one of the many sleepers advancing Dagoth Ur's plan to dominate Dunmer society.

Notes

• Much like their abolitionist view towards slavery, the Arano family is kind. In Dragonborn, it is revealed that the Arano family gave Crassius Curio a chance to land on his feet prior to becoming a Hlaalu councilor. Curio then repaid their generosity with a first edition copy of The Lusty Argonian Maid, which would become a cherished possession to the family.
