A Lich

Liches are an enemy group in Blades that are hostile to the player. They are powerful sorcerers who turned to undeath as a means to increase their power. Their blades deal poison and slashing damage. While they are weak to fire and slashing damage, both normal and Nether Liches are resistant to all other forms of damage. The divine weapon Lichslayer targets only both of those weaknesses of all Liches. However in the case of Outcasts, they are instead weak to Cleaving and Shock damage and resist Bashing, Fire and Poison damage. ^{needs info on spells and abilities}

They can appear as bosses within quests and dungeons. In particular, Celemaril, The Sorcerer-King is an Ayleid Lich who is the antagonist for the main quest line.
