Enchanter Brecius

Enchanter Brecius, an Imperial bandit, is a member of the criminal gang Thorina's Cutters and a bodyguard to Thorina herself. You will find him in the tower of the Cutter's headquarters at Cutpurse Hideout during Against the Cutters, where he will attack you on sight alongside Thorina and fellow bodyguard Snipes-Many-Innocents.

Brecius is equipped with leveled bandit mage armor and weapons (including Imperial and Cyrodiilic weapons and armor). He also carries a random assortment of items, including lockpicks, food, jewelry, soul gems, ingredients, books, spell tomes, a leveled Conjuration or Destruction staff, and a small amount of gold.
