Beyond Skyrim:Cyrodiil/Thorina's Cutters

Thorina's Cutters are a blood-thirsty but well-organised criminal gang of bandits and cutthroats who have been terrorizing County Bruma of late with their assaults on caravans and murderous robberies. They are led by Thorina from her headquarters in Cutpurse Hideout in the south of the county and appear to have shadowy benefactors bankrolling them. Their infamy is such that aspiring outlaws will go to great lengths to get themselves noticed by the gang, and they are also known to track down and execute any members who try to leave.

Cutters all share the same stats, equipment and spells as regular Bandits (One-Handed Melee, One-Handed Melee, Archers, Mages), although they integrate Cyrodiilic weapons and armor (as well as studded Imperial armor). You will encounter male and female Cutters drawn from all races, including High Elves, unlike regular bandits. Cutters are also known to use hunting dogs. They are all members of the Thorina's Cutters faction rather than the Bandit faction.

A Cutter Lieutenant can be found in the Ruined Jail section of the hideout; he shares the stats and equipment of regular Bandit chiefs. Other named Cutters include:

• Thorina - leader of the gang, found in Fort Cutpurse
• Enchanter Brecius - a mage and bodyguard to Thorina, found in Fort Cutpurse
• Snipes-Many-Innocents - an archer and bodyguard to Thorina, found in Fort Cutpurse
• Mucky Ovacca - a former Cutter on the run, found in an unmarked campsite north of the Bruma Stables
• Retching Cornelius - a Cutter enforcer searching for Ovacca, found in an unmarked camp northwest of Anga
