Wamesa working in The Gallows Cookhouse

Wamesa is an Argonian merchant who helps his wife, Awei, run The Gallows Cookhouse, a public kitchen in Bravil near the Docks Gate.

Wamesa rises at 6am every morning and eats breakfast with his family for two hours. After that, he heads downstairs to the second floor to help prepare food all day. He knocks off at 8pm to help his wife for two more hours before they close up and go to bed at 10pm.

Wamesa wears a baker's apron, breeches, and grey leather boots, and carries two wheels of cheese and a key to the shop.

He lives above the shop with his wife and their child Nesi. The place is rather large by Bravil standards - the shop itself is on the first floor, with a workspace/storage area and their bedroom on the second floor and their son's bedroom on the third.

Wamesa loves his wife, but hates her cooking: "I apologize in advance for my wife's cooking... she was so excited to open her own public kitchen, I didn't have the heart to tell her she's a terrible cook..." If you say it's not that bad, he disagrees: "Her pottage stew tastes like a Khajiit's wet backside, only with more hair! I was stupid enough to taste her Surprise Hotpot... I'm still picking feathers out from my teeth..."
