Variel

Variel is a Dark Elf trader who resides in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Skingrad. He serves as the sanctuary's quartermaster, buying and selling goods and supplies to members.

Variel sleeps from 2am to 8am and spends the rest of his time on a stool in front of his shop tent.
