The Skingrad Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

The Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary is located in a cavern under Skingrad, accessible only from the sewers. It's not much compared to the sanctuary in Cheydinhal, but it serves.

The cavern is large and is dominated by a pool of water in the center. The members are housed in a group of tents placed on the far side of the cave from the door. Two of them have bedrolls (one is double-occupancy, another single), and one is designated for higher-ranking members. It has a pair of beds, a small table for eating, a rug on the floor, and tapestries on the walls. Another tent is a prison; it has a cage inside, as well as chains and manacles for restraining captives, and a range of tools for extracting information. The last tent belongs to Variel, a merchant; it is full of the goods he has for sale.
