Neetinei is an Argonian commoner who can be found in The Mermaid Inn in Leyawiin. He appears only during the Special Deliveries part of the Gold Horse Courier Service quest, as he is the intended recipient of a package.

Until you find him, he will remain at the inn, wandering the common room; he eats at noon and 10pm.

He wears a coarse linen shirt and pants and oiled linen shoes; he is armed with a rusty steel short sword and carries a loaf of bread.

Except for quest-related dialogue, Neetinei has nothing to say.
