About those images you've uploaded - first of all, they're all way too dark. You need to adjust them levels in an image editing program or crank your in-game gamma settings way up to make them look decent on most screens. Secondly, you've got game interface elements on the screen, which we generally try to avoid. You should use the "TM" command in the console to turn off all menus. Finally, it is not appropriate to include your username in the name of the file. Your name will be shown in the history of the file so it's not like we won't know who uploaded the image. We have image-naming conventions for a reason. With thousands of images on the site, it's easy for them to get lost if they're not organized in a consistant fashion.
