If you have an issue with something on site, it's better to use polite methods of addressing your concerns, rather than lashing out in a way which may not get you the answer you're looking for. In this case, rather than swearing on your talk page, it might be better to contact one of the forum moderators to politely inquire about the block you're referring to.
