A Small Favour[edit]

Hi there. I wonder if you could start using the "Show preview" button when making edits to your page rather than saving each time? Your current method rather clogs up the Recent Changes page that helps us keep track of the site. Thanks. --RpehTCE 10:24, 2 December 2007 (EST)

Oh, sorry for that. I didn't know abaut that button. Il' remind it in the future. Thanks Rpeh.
P.S.; What's the diffirence? 11:48, 2 December 2007 (EST)lordDagon
The difference is simply that "Save page" commits your changes to the site whereas "Show preview" lets you see what will happen before you save. We all get to see each save but not the previews. It's not a problem if you do it the other way, it just makes the lives of those of us who patrol the site that little bit easier! --RpehTCE 13:45, 2 December 2007 (EST)

Daedric Prince Userbox[edit]

I noticed you had that userbox. The image I use is one of my game character's. Although there is no problem if you have it on your user page, you might like to use Image:OB-creature-Mehrunes_Dagon.jpg on your userbox (if you want to put it up again) since you are Lord Dagon. It'll be quite appropriate. --Mankar CamoranTCE 13:45, 20 December 2007 (EST)

Thanks! I've looked for that image all over the wiki but I couldn't find it. Gee, i'm sutch an idiot. Sorry for using that image, Mankar Camoran. I've copied a lot from other users and just pasted ( and adjusted )them here. Il' be more careful in the future. I'm new to the wiki, and this all is new to me ( for example, see the above)LordDagon 07:31, 23 December 2007
No need to be sorry for anything! There is no problem if you use any image, everything is free for everyone here. I just thought that Dagon image will be more appropriate for you, that's all. Never mind these small things (the above one as well). --Mankar CamoranTCE 07:57, 23 December 2007 (EST)
I also noticed you took down that "God userbox". I hope you didn't do it because of my comment. There is no problem if you use it. --Mankar CamoranTCE 08:09, 23 December 2007 (EST)
That one is not actually mine. See this page. It's free for everyone to use. --Mankar CamoranTCE 08:14, 23 December 2007 (EST)
In order to reduce the size of the image you need to do add |50px on front of the image, like this: {{Userbox|#CCCCFF|#EEEEFF|[[Image:Mehrunes Dagon.jpg|50px]]|This user is a Daedric Prince. Also, this user cannot be beaten by any normal (mortal) means.}} --Mankar CamoranTCE 09:05, 24 December 2007 (EST)
Ah, thanks Mr. Camoran! It looks a lot better now.LordDagon 11:08, 24 December 2007 (EST)

You are welcome :). And Mr.Camoran actually sounds very odd. Using the first name would sound better. But it is left to you. I just thought so, that's all. --Mankar CamoranTCE 14:16, 24 December 2007 (EST)

Whoops[edit]

Just wanted to say that I'm sorry about this. Not quite sure what I was thinking, but the two names looked the same to me at the time... Thanks for undoing it though. - Game LordTalk|Contribs 11:10, 24 August 2008 (EDT)

Nothing to be sorry about, no need to apologize! We're all just humans (no matter how we call ourselves on the Wiki ;) ), making a mistake once in a while is no more than...human. -- LordDagon 12:47, 24 August 2008 (EDT)

Colors[edit]

Hi,

I saw you were after a list of these color codes? Heres a few that I know of:

Hope that's a help! - Game LordTalk|Contribs 11:54, 5 September 2008 (EDT)

My god... there are that many? Thanks Game Lord! Damn sure that a BIG help! Now wich one will i use for ... [ramblings about color choises].--LordDagon 12:01, 5 September 2008 (EDT)
There are actually a lot more than that. Hope I'm not putting you off though. - Game LordTalk|Contribs 12:08, 5 September 2008 (EDT)
Oh, didn't notice you replied again. (Was too busy finding out a way to thank you properply) Don't wory about me though.

I left you some personal thanks on your talk page. It's something i designed myself in under 5 minutes. Hope you like it.--LordDagon 12:18, 5 September 2008 (EDT)

Getting Expelled[edit]

Please don't add this to any other NPC pages. It's already explained with much more detail on the Thieves Guild page. –RpehTCE 11:09, 7 September 2008 (EDT)

OK.--LordDagon 11:10, 7 September 2008 (EDT)
Sorry - that was a bit brief, but I wanted to stop you wasting your time! My problem is that the sentence you were adding was waaay too brief to explain the full circumstances of getting kicked out for various different offenses. Take a look at Oblivion:Cast out of the Thieves Guild where the full list is described. In cases like this it's usually better to let the central page give the details rather than try to summarise them on the NPC page. –RpehTCE 11:30, 7 September 2008 (EDT)
Don't worry, I understand your point completely. --LordDagon 11:36, 7 September 2008 (EDT)

Hi[edit]

Hi, man!— Unsigned comment by Gux (talkcontribs) on 13 Oktober

Hello! --LordDagonT|C 11:11, 19 October 2008 (EDT)

Your prize template[edit]

Hi Dagon,

Very minor issue here, but could you add a {{NewLine}} template to the end of your prize template? It's causing problems in that whenever an editor adds a comment after the prize, it goes to the right of the prize instead of below it. Thanks! - Game LordTalk|Contribs 14:02, 21 October 2008 (EDT)

Fixed. Thanks for letting me know!--LordDagonT|C 07:18, 22 October 2008 (EDT)

Archives[edit]

Hi! There was a discussion here about adding attributions to archives and it was eventually decided that it probably shouldn't be done. Apart from that, thanks for the work! - Game LordTalk|Contribs 11:46, 2 November 2008 (EST)

Ok, won't add "Archived by..." in the future. I didn't know about that discussion, since I have been pretty inactive here for some time. I'll leave the "archived by..." in the archives I just made, to avoid over-filling the Recent Changes page.--LordDagonT|C 11:52, 2 November 2008 (EST)
You don't need to worry about that. Three edits isn't a problem to patrol at all. It's only a problem when you so many repeated edits on the same page that you've forgotten what was changed where and how it looked in the first place. What's more important is that the articles look correct in the final result, not how you go about acchieving that :). - Game LordTalk|Contribs 12:01, 2 November 2008 (EST)
